Then when I later had questions about getting some contractors for projects I wanted to get done she was able to point me to the appropriate people. She was both knowledgeable and savvy, navigating unforeseen barriers that popped up one after the other as a result of esoteric lender requirements when purchasing two lots, one with a home and a valuable outbuilding straddling the property-line onto the other. Denise skillfully addressed each problem as they arose during an extended transaction that could very easily have gone south at any time. She found effective solutions with an inherently calm and optimistic approach that assuaged anxieties as a buyer and instilled confidence in the seller. Now knowing all that was involved, I wouldn't expect any licensed agent to have been capable of leading the transaction to a successful closing.
